Regular Decision Program
Students may simultaneously apply for admission to multiple medical schools under the Regular Decision Program (RDP). Both AMCAS and UMMC require receipt of specific documents by specified deadlines (click here for details).
Applicants applying for the RDP may begin submitting their applications on June 1st and must submit their online AMCAS application by October 15th. Transcripts of all undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and any graduate coursework must be submitted to the AAMC by October 15th. RDP applicants must also submit an online Secondary Application; a passport-style photograph through the WebAdmit Applicant Portal; transcripts of all undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and any graduate coursework to UMMC's Office of Enrollment Management; and three faculty letters of evaluation by November 1st.
Applicants accepted for admission under the RDP will be notified on a rolling basis between Oct. 15 and March 1. All other decisions will be rendered by March 1. Applicants who hold multiple acceptances must inform this school of their decision by May 15.
